QUOTE OF THE DAY: "Trust, but verify."---President Ronald Reagan (regarding the same common quote the Soviets used daily before meeting. The President adopted the saying.)
Hello There,
I have been thinking too much lately, and I believe God has allowed me to experience a breakthrough, and I have so much less mental pressure, so much more peace. Praise the Lord!!
My last post had a twinge of cynicism, meant to be humorous, however, there was some truth to it in that I was really in the fire about some deeply personal issues. I care about somebody who I believe is in a little trouble. I was pretty angry about being duped, pride welled up within me, and anger, rather than hurt surfaced. I found myself not able to communicate what was going on, not having the green light to do so. When I finally, got that green light to confront, I shook for hours and wrestled with God how to speak the words needed. I pray it was a good meeting and beneficial with profit to all parties. All I can do is believe now and trust God. We should not put our trust in people, no matter how tempting that is. God, alone, is worthy of our trust. Now, that is not to say, we do not trust people, but to a point.
