Hello, Everyone! Not much to say...
I am currently embarking on an adventure. I am writing a paper on whether it is ethical or not to make a profit. I am incorporating disciplines of study, such as religion, ethics, horticulture, and economics. These categories will end up having communicated common ground of both similarities and variances. This is the stuff of a great paper. Maybe it will be worth $10,000.00. Maybe this blog will be. Like they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. Maybe a thousand words are worth
$10,000.00. I would hope so.
As I said I am at a loss for words today. I think I am all written out.

God's Will? Pray for the Sick? GOD'S WILL? OF COURSE!!

Pray for the Sick?
James 5:14 encourages believers to pray for the sick. Is healing guaranteed? Why or
why not?:
This passage of Scripture does seem to indicate that prayers in faith will absolutely heal the sick. We know this does not always occur. So what is the answer? I guess we could say that somebody did not have the faith to heal, the sick person is still supposed to learn something from his sickness, or that it is not God’s will at that time for him to be healed. Personally, I like to believe none of these is the answer. The Scripture does not say what kind of sickness the person has; however, the person can be forgiven of sins and then healed. Obviously there is more to it from this contextual perspective. In the King James Version, the words for “will” are “shall”. Two words for will are used here; one to denote a passive “wish or desire”, the other is a determining of will. How I understand it is this: The prayer “will” or “wills to by making a wish, or prayer, to desire for a certain result” make(s) him well. Then, God “wills to”, determinedly, raise him up from the sickness. It is not guaranteed, but it is what God wants for his people. I was diagnosed with a serious illness many years ago. For all this time, I have greatly desired and prayed for healing to be manifested. Believing anything other than the above breaks my heart.

Problems are just solutions in work clothes!

Did you ever get yourself so worked up over the "traumas" of the day? The sure seem overwhelming at the time, don't they? This is merely an illusion of smoke and mirrors which must be seen through so that the day can be gotten on with.
After all, why sit in a stew when it's not even cold enough to make a stew?
Anyway, I think if we would just relax and take the steps we need to, we would see how God works it all out. We have "victory in Christ". (I John 5:4) God knew ahead of time we would be in any given situation, so giving Him charge of that will honor Him and honor the trust He deserves.
Problems being solutions in work clothes is quite apt since there is a "teamworking" involved between God and us to get through these situations. It is important we trust and God ALWAYS does His work.
