Melting and Hardening

I pulled this quote of my Bible from note I took Sunday. The semon was especially uplifting, and I received the peace that God wants me to have.I was reminded that as we put off sin, the asdversary moves in and causes other situations to rise up against us. In this is our challenge to grow. Character will be revealed. I feel a greater sense of release, relief, and Christ is being revealed in and to me. It is exciting to finally feel I have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Why do things take so long?--all in God's good timing, I guess.
