Have you ever considered how many marriages could have been saved with the attitude adopted as the one in today's quote? Incredible--it does not take much to be kind to someone. A little respect , realizing someone's humanity, and considering the other party as a friend is about all it takes. There will be a whole lot less apologizing and a whole lot less forgiveness needed.

This may sound naive, but truly until someone proves another wrong one's best plan of action is to trust. This is not to say one does not have his radar up, but not to the point of not enjoying the moment and capitalizing on the time and place to witness Christ. That is really all kindness is--witnessing Christ.


I have noticed while in "kindness mode" one's nerves will not be on end. One will not be startled and will have no fear. "Perfect love casts out fear." (It's in the Bible) Trust me.
